Not a permanent vault
Temporary inboxes may expire and forwarding records are kept only for a limited time. Move anything important to storage you control.
These terms apply to temporary email, extensions, forwarding and related features on fwdzen.com. Before using the service, make sure its limits fit your needs.
Temporary inboxes may expire and forwarding records are kept only for a limited time. Move anything important to storage you control.
Senders may reject temporary domains, and recipients may block forwarded messages. We can't guarantee that every site will accept an address or every email will arrive.
You may use the service for trials and testing, but not to bypass restrictions, impersonate others or receive account information without authorization.
By accessing or using FwdZen, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree, stop using the service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, make sure you are authorized and are responsible for how it is used within that organization.
You must meet the minimum age for using the service and giving valid consent under the laws where you live. You must also follow local laws and the registration, trial and access rules of any website where you use an address. This service does not authorize you to bypass those rules.
Temporary email lets you receive and read messages for a limited time. The current address expiry is shown in the server response and on the page. An extension takes effect only after the request succeeds; clicking the button, losing your connection or leaving the browser running in the background does not extend the expiry.
Long-term forwarding requires you to verify a real email address and lets you create and manage aliases for different senders. Pausing an address affects future mail. Deleted addresses or messages may not be recoverable. 30-day records are not a permanent email backup, and a temporary address cannot necessarily be converted into a long-term one.
| Feature | What we provide | What we don't promise |
|---|---|---|
| Temporary email | Receive, view and delete incoming email while the address is valid | Permanent storage, recovery after expiry or delivery to a specific website |
| Address extension | Expiry updates to the time returned after the server accepts your request | Expiry recovery or automatic extension while offline |
| Long-term forwarding | Forwarding to a verified email address with limited records | Protection from recipient-side filtering or zero delay |
| Security features | Email verification codes and optional authenticator verification | Replacing your responsibility to secure your devices, email and keys |
Quotas and limits may change based on system capacity, abuse prevention needs or product updates. Demo emails shown in the interface are not real transactions and do not imply that FwdZen is affiliated with the brands shown.
We aim to reduce unnecessary exposure of your email address, not weaken the security of other online services. These examples illustrate common limits and do not override applicable laws or valid third-party rules.
If we detect suspected abuse, we may limit requests, disable addresses or take other necessary measures. If legitimate testing is mistakenly blocked, contact support with details of your use and the time it occurred. Do not try to bypass limits by repeatedly changing your source.
Your real email address is an important credential for long-term forwarding and signing in. Make sure you still control it. Protect your session tokens, authenticator keys and devices. Avoid saving sessions on shared computers, and sign out when you're done.
Email content comes from the sender and does not represent our endorsement or advice. Don't open unfamiliar links or attachments. Safeguards in the email viewer reduce risk but do not mean attachments have passed a full security review.
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your content and grant us limited permission to process it as needed to receive, handle, display and forward it. For details on how we process personal information, see the Privacy Policy. Do not send highly sensitive information to a temporary email address.
The service is provided as currently available. Maintenance, network issues, third-party filtering and sender delays may interrupt email delivery. We take reasonable steps to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, zero data loss or suitability for critical business use.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from an expired temporary address, rejection by a third party, failure to back up promptly or user error. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or limits statutory consumer rights.
Do not rely on this service as your only notification or recovery channel for financial, health, work identity or important accounts. If you plan to keep using a product after signing up, update your email address in that product to a stable one as soon as possible.
We may suspend relevant services to meet legal requirements, address security risks, perform maintenance or respond to a breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will give notice. You can stop using the service at any time and submit requests about your account data under the Privacy Policy.
We will update the date on this page and provide notice through appropriate means when we make significant changes to these terms. If you object to a change, contact support before continuing to use the service. If you don't agree, you can stop using it.
For questions, complaints or appeals of a mistaken decision, email support@fwdzen.com with the relevant address, when it happened and what went wrong. Do not send verification codes or passwords. We will verify necessary information and address disputes reasonably. Applicable law and mandatory jurisdiction rules are not affected by these terms.
