Extend your time

Need more than 10 minutes? Extend it before time runs out

With a typical 10-minute email, your inbox is cleared as soon as time runs out—so a late verification code means starting over. FwdZen lets you extend your inbox as needed, then it expires automatically when you’re done.

Get verification codes in seconds

Your inbox is ready as soon as your address appears. New verification emails show up automatically—open one to copy the code.

Extend with one click before time runs out

When time is almost up, click “Extend by 1 hour.” Your address stays the same, and your messages are kept—no need to sign up again.

Need it long-term? Switch to forwarding

For sites you use regularly, log in and turn your address into a forwarding address. Messages will go to your real inbox.

How to use it

Four common uses for a disposable email address

When you need an email address to receive a message but don’t want your real one added to marketing lists, a 10-minute email does the trick.

  • Receive login codes

Use this address when forums, comparison sites, or one-time downloads ask you to verify your email. Copy the code when it arrives and keep your real inbox private.

Is a 10-minute email enough? Choose the right duration

Most verification codes arrive within a minute. Trial sign-ups and order confirmations can take longer than 10 minutes—extending your address is easier than starting over.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions about 10-minute email

Can I extend a 10-minute email address?

Yes. Before the countdown ends, click “Extend by 1 hour” below the address. The extra time is added to what’s left, and your address and received messages stay intact. To estimate how long you’ll need, see our Inbox lifetime planner.

What happens when my 10-minute email expires?

The expired address and its messages are deleted and can’t be recovered. Click “Get a new address” to get a new address and receive your email again. If you’ll need the address for that site later, switch to long-term forwarding.

What if my temporary email doesn’t receive a verification code?

First, refresh your inbox using the button in the top-right corner. Then check that the address entered on the other site matches the one shown here. Some sites block temporary email domains; if that happens, try a new address or switch to long-term forwarding.

Is a disposable email safe? Can anyone else see my messages?

Your address is generated at random, and only you, while this page is open, can see its inbox. Don’t use it for important accounts such as banking or identity services—use your personal long-term email instead.

Can I send email from this anonymous address?

No. FwdZen only receives email. This helps prevent spam and keeps delivery reliable.

Do I need to sign up or download anything?

No. Your address is ready as soon as you open the page, and closing the page won’t leave you with an account. You only need to log in to set up long-term forwarding.
